About Me
Welcome to my little gluten
free home bakery!
Hi there! I am a little bit of a foodie, and I have always loved to cook and bake…most importantly…CREATE!
I have dealt with a variety of medical issues for as long as I can remember. I was (finally) diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at age 25. One of the ways to decrease symptoms is to eliminate gluten from my diet. I thought it meant the end of fast food, bakery treats, and taste and texture. There were very few gluten-free foods that were available in regular grocery stores and the cost at the specialty stores wreaked havoc on my unstable income!
So, in self-defense, I started researching and experimenting with making my own treats.
